Starr's biggest mistake was not writing his report in language these people could understand. Dick and Jane's early reader tells about the evils of lying. Lying under oath is a crime. People go to jail for it all the time. That's not hard to understand, even for a second grader.

Maybe we should toss out a legal system that allows people like O. J. Simpson to get away with murder. Justice goes to whomever has the deeper pockets. How many millions were spent on the Starr investigation?
