If Kenneth Starr's probe of Clinton was not politically motivated, then what is he? Some kind of perverted peeping tom. For him to deny political motivation in this matter is an insult to the intelligence of the American People.I don't think most of us wanted to know that much about Clinton's personal life anyhow. The only thing Starr achieved was to humiliate the "First Family", waste millions of dollars, and make the USA a laughing stock to the world.
