Not "terrible". Them's the rules. Most people just don't appreciate that. I know how it feels. Used to work for the FDIC. Had people going to the papers all the time saying how they couldn't understand how we could foreclose or otherwise try to collect the money they borrowed. They'd be telling the paper "we made all the payments", etc. Meanwhile we knew they hadn't paid anything in two years but we could not say anything publicly. VERY frustrating. JLA
