Howard. That means you have unlimited access but you cannot stay on 24/7. Much like my ISP Bellsouth. I pay $19.95 per month, but they won't allow me to stay connected 24/7. Most likely because they figure I gotta sleep sometime. LOL

Seriously, what would be the point of being connected 24/7 if you weren't using the service?

I used to be partner in a local ISP. I think what they mean is that access to the internet is unlimited for $19.95 but help by telephone is not available 24/7.
