I emailed Laura and got an almost immediate reply This is nice, but how about a response to your other request? It's been almost a week now..... have you heard from the Company regarding this MORE important issue? I have sent an email to PABN requesting whether or not that link contains actual company data or is fraudulent. It looks like a copy of a copy of a fax gotten on one of those cheap curly paper machines. Could have been "Xeroxed" together with portions of real documents. ragingbull.com

hey, Emil... did you get a response from the Company regarding your questions about the Form D? Another poster sent his question in several days AFTER you did and he got a response, did you? John Schmitz will be speaking & answering investors questions. (www.panambancorp.com) Investor Relations" And sent the following reply to them in return: I unfortunately will be unable to participate in this conference next week because of work commitments. However, even if I were able to participate, I do not believe that this is a question that would receive an answer in that forum because of the research that is necessary to answer the question with an definite yes or no answer because of the detail contained with the Form D document and the need to make sure that the answer is legally correct. If you could please forward this message to the appropriate parties, if you cannot provide an answer, it would be deeply appreciated.
