About the new CNBC.com web site....TSCN designed it and is going to receive approx. 25% of the ad revenue from the site. GE/NBC bought a 9.9% stake in TSCN when the deal was announced. Paul Allen also owns 13% of TSCN. TSCN made $0.04 last quarter has no debt. The company has designed similar web sites with similar revenue sharing agreements for Citigroup, Fidelity, Fortune, Playboy, American Express, S&P, etc...TSCN also bought a 10% stake in Globalnet Financial, who is providing Freeserve.com (the largest ISP in the UK) with all of their financial info. Telescan is also finalizing development of a new proprietary technology where you will be able to trade directly to the MM on a secured line for very little $$$.....definitely a company to watch.
