Len, you deserve a spanking for that post--oh, sure, you'd probably enjoy it.... But you and Chris are sort of trading off on giving credence to the "war between the sexes" --which is a nice metaphor and a great way to vent. It very like the interracial "They always...." See Terrence Bergh's post about his lover's referring to him as a "white nigger." Wishing I could give a sharp whistle online. It is possible to have a love that learns--and learns to laugh about--the social "he/she" speak and goes way beyond it.
