from the Form D, I found this statement... None of the Company's Officers, Directors, key personnel or 10% stockholders has guaranteed or co-signed any of the Company's bank debt or other obligations. #reply-10229108 Just wondering if this is a standard statement in this section or if indeed the company does have debts. If the company does have mounting debts, I find it quite generous that Johnny gave himself almost a $40K bonus for 6 months of employment. #reply-10229108
