mp, I can't speak for Ron, but I would include USI in your public holdings, since SFE is alread "ex" and USI is imminent. That may not change the world, but should increase NAV somewhat.

Michael, Past history of sfe rights offerings do not support that much value for private companies. For example, docc, dtpi, & oaot add less than 1.50 to current market value according to my estimates. As I recall, those three were all issued fairly recently. Two of the three are below the rights offering price which as you know were usually set low. The new offerings would have to be block busters compared to the past to justify large numbers. Scai is latest offering to begin to support large numbers and Scai didn't really add a large amount to value until this spring when you called its move.
