Oh oh...two things...1.) they monitor the threads....I don't want CC's Vancouver buddies at Cannacord to chase me...AND...2.) " He said this was a one time deal to raise some more cash"...this is scary...it's like playing the guaranteed hot IPO market to build a portfolio!!!

Company hardly needs more cash...they need to 'get operating'
