I have been a long time holder of MFNX and also owned ABOV off and on (although not at this time - but I sure wish I still hhad some). I work in the communication area and see this merger as a great match for both companies. I increased my MFNX position by 50% today on the dip fully expecting the stock to move much higher when investors realize how great this combination is. I believe that your position in ABOV will be fully rewarded as you expect and perhaps even more in due time. This is really a good day for investors of both companies - except, of course, the people who sold me their shares of MFNX this morning :-).
