IFLO... LTXX...

Yes Bernard...

Both looking very good... Nice to see the strong relative strength in a down market environment...

Another interesting one is SIBI...
iqc.com

It seems to be building a stair step pattern to higher prices... It's currently building a base in the 5.00 area... They recently partnered up with Ely Lilly on an important Parkinson's Disease drug... Lilly has paid SIBI some up front licensing fees...

JIM:

Take a look at SUMX. The chart looks good, it seems ready to test the 98's high. Marcus Robins in his article lists an estimated earnings for 1999 of $1.50 which will give a P/E of less than 10 and he has a take-over target price of 20.67

SEYE doesn't look bad on a weekly chart, but has very poor volume and a pretty good sell-off towards the end of trading today. He lists estimated earning for 1999 of $0.59, also with a P/E of less than 10 and a take-over target price of 11.32

BBSI to me one of the best looking charts on the group. It seems is going to go over the May high. Still long way from last year's highs.
He lists an estimated 1999 earnings of $0.69 and a take-over target of
24.84

XLTC seems to be consolidating its gain after making a new 12 months
high earlier this month, before trying for the 1997 high around 15. He lists an estimated 1999 earnings of $0.95 and a take-over target of 25.79

I am sorry to have taken this long on the post, but I thought the article was interesting as it seems some of the stocks listed have good
potential. I would be interested in learning your opinion if you have the time and get your computer back in good shape.

Regards and good luck.

Bernard
