Surprised Checkfree didn't have a non-compete clause with Integrion members...I guess back then they were young and vulnerable.

Anyone want to entertain a buyout from Yahoo! now?

I would be curious to know what kind of value CKFR's architecture, experience and relationships would be worth to a third party with deep pockets. Even with a 50% premium from these levels, a buyout would cost YHOO $11/share. They make and lose that each day. YHOO could then shut-off EBPP to anyone who was a competitor to them. Or AOL/Netcenter, or Transpoint, or TEX could benefit from the purchase. Just curious what CKFR could fetch on the open market.
