I've also been with Waterhouse since '94 and have been satisfied with the service. I averaged about 3 or 4 trades a day last year. I like the webbroker website and I've found that the personal service is best when contacting the regional Waterhouse office. I received 300 IPO shares in each of my 2 accounts and felt fortunate to get them. I'll keep these shares not because I feel they are going to go up in value but because I want to be included in future IPOs. Flipping these shares or switching accounts from Waterhouse because of anger over the technical problem or not getting enough shares seems petty and stupid.
