Thread Anyone care to take a crack at what this implies for PMCS? Message 10323084 I thought PMCS was a big supplier of similar ICs to CSCO. (I could be wrong - wouldn't be the first time). mariner

Gial, satellite seems to have fizzled out as the medium of choice in the us------I would think that the world scene will follow the lead of the USA finding dsl and cable more efficient ways of delivering a broadband product---and satellite will NOT be the mode of choice. But that is only a guess based upon what has happened here in the USA after the dialogue which addressed these same issues two years ago seems to be resolved in favor of cable and dsl technology.
