Let me understand this..he got suspended for posting Pinks personal information..isn't that in the profile?? And if he works for an investment firm..shouldn't the pink one be ethical about this??? I would think the webmistress would look into this as well..I mean, fair is fair..am I way off on this??

If that is indeed true, then Nasdaq should NOT have been suspended. I have been suspended 3 times and terminated once, so I have a very good grasp of SI admins interpretation of the rules. The rules themselves seem obvious, but the enforcement sometimes is not. If there is a prior post giving out Mr Punk's name and the investment firm he works for, then Nas is home free. I once gave out Big Dogs real name and was promptly suspended. SI admin told me if I could show them a previous post with the same info, I'd be off the hook. I couldn't (although I swear there is one- just couldn t wade thru 3 million posts to find it). If anyone can find a post - especially one in which the Punk gives the info himself - then send it to SI admin, and Nas will be back instantly. Cheers MG
