<My favorite scenario now is for the SEC to get involved.> Why would the SEC get involved? As outlined in the S3 any shorting is totally legal. They wrote a piss poor contract with the holders, left themselves wide open..DD

All I know is I received my shareholder voter pack in the mail yesterday. I was a miffed to begin with that they had the gall to want to triple the shares OS, then they added insult to injury by stating: enclosed are a myMusicCard, and a myPhotoCard as a show of shareholder appreciation. I looked through every page,,,,they weren't there.

Gee, I feel the appreciation flowing.

Of course I'll approve it on the slim chance it'll do some good, but I feel mgmnt at this point, regardless of contractual progress, is clueless about how to run a public company. Maybe they should try taking it private should they not drown. I know I'm not helping here, but sometimes the truth hurts, and management has shown they are full of it.

Regards,
-Mark
