At one time, under prior management SIDT was 10+. Things changed, it failed to deliver on its amorphorus diamond FET technology; management changed, and a new business plan evolved. Meanwhile, stock went to below 1.00. Nothing new seemed to happen; its prior FET prototypes for flat panel displays went nowhere--someone said electronics were complicated and beyond ken of the co., but deep pocket co. like Motorola knew about SIDT and didn't jump. Now its coming back in price on big volume but on thin news--I have put my toes in its water at below 1 having lost some before--but I am thinking its still a crap shoot. Current chart action suggests either that some con artist is pushing the stock, or that there really is hope that the technology can make a saleable product. All this is to say that a value analysis cannot explain this stock--interesting, but don't mortgage the house.
