FWIW, LaC stated that the numbers were to be released the week of June 16th - last week. He's late but probably for good reason. I believe we'll see them tonight after the market closes - bad sign. Worse if it is tomorrow night! Historically the fourth quarter numbers have been "record breakers", and then they scrambled to cover their bets the 1st and 2nd quarters of the next fiscal year. They are trying to convince others that the purchasing department at the hospitals are ALL on vacation through the summer - thus low revs. Before this it was a "budgeting problem/schedule", like during the 3rd quarter.

I have heard that the law has stompted on LaC and told him to stop his misrepresntation. IMHO, since the YE numbers were reduced so drastically from .14 to .05 that we will actually beat them - maybe $.06/sh, possible a squeeze more. LaC has a way with shipments that defies the norm. Many rumors. Empty warehouses, employees asked to take them home, even shipping cancelled or not firm orders - only to get them returned.

In the case of this YE'99, I don't believe he is feeling the proxy pressures of past times and thus for the first time in 4 years we just might get a realistic picture, thus setting us up for 1st and 2nd "better than in the past" numbers.

All this make sense?
