Kash, <I think you are missing the 12 week production shift in your analysis.> I am not sure what you mean by production shift. Are you talking about the pipeline? Whatever it is, I did not think about the pipeline for module shipments so far. It will good if some knowledgeable people comment on the flow. I am trying to understand how long it will take for AMD from K7 wafer start to K7 module shipouts. What is the normal flow and how long it takes for each step? Does the following sound reasonable? 15-20 days for wafer processing, 3-5 days for packaging , 3-5 days wait for test, 3-5 days for shipments to SCI, 2-3 days for QA/final test and shipout. (all steps include transit) I never worked with modules so I am guessing. Some of the Intel folks might have a much better idea because of PII/PIII. Any comments, guys? Chuck
