What did Dave say? Dave DiRicco. He basically said that I, along with certain other posters on the threads here and Raging Bull, would have their asses sued. Of course, given that the StaggerLee suit was nothing but an excuse to generate a PR, I can't say I'm terribly impressed. But I would welcome it. It would give me standing and the chance to subpoena their records...wow, it'd be like christmas come early. :-) For maximum effect I suspect that the filings, if they even occur, will coordinate nicely with the AGM...and then, the reverse-split and the plunge into Pink Sheet obscurity. With all that turmoil as a nice cover for Les and the Boys.
