Typical numbers:

60 days for wafer out.
5 days for probe.
7 days for assy.
5 days for final test.
10 days for transit back and fro from austin/malaysia/sci>

The only serious difference is in 60 days to wafers out number and I am not sure why you say this. I used to routinely get 30 days from TSMC without needing to pay for it. I would think AMD can do better with their own fabs and because they have dedicated product lines for their computing products.
