This gets better everytime you start looking for details..just finished talking to the PR Firm - Abernathy MacGregor Frank (#: 212-371-5999) for DoubleClick and they have mentioned that if and when CMGI and CPQ announce the Alta Vista related deal, DoubleClick will do the necessary PR to ensure that the investment community understands that the Alta Vista Contract is a binding agreement for three years and hence a non issue. They also mentioned that since the contract (original) they have seen one transistion ie. digital to cpq. Hope this helps. Regards,
