John, what I'm 100% sure of is, there is a verbal agreement in place between S3 and Dimd that the final price will be $9.00 come OCT based on .52 exchange rate of S3 price. If not S3 can either adjust upwards the exchange rate (.52) to equal $9.00 or the deal will be restructured. What that might mean is RIO is sold to SONY who has expressed an interest in it with the proceeds going to DIMD shareholders and the balance of the company being sold to S3. If that happens I have no idea at what price it would be.
