musea. IMO it has not been a long term investment for a long time. Or, probably not even in the short term. I caught it lucky a cpl of times. Where would you be if you bought in the 80's and held on? Um.

From Cramer ref the last 30 minutes, chalk it up to hedge funds.

It can be like that when these markets are thin. Some hedge fund went to work buying puts on the Dow Jones average in the last half hour and it caused a huge downturn on no volume. I have my Dow favorites and I wanted to take the other side of the put buying on some individual stocks. But the speed of the decline and the inability to take the other side of it because of that velocity disgusted me.
