BestAsk - BestBid Problems

I would like to direct this to you since I would like to try and get an explanation. The responses I have gotten so far say to use BestAsk/BestBid which I do routinely. I am using Version 2.2 Build 2 and fairly often I receive BestAsk quotes which are less than the BestBid. The quotes also show up in T&S but neither my BMI satellite data or Schwab real time quotes show it.

I am running Internet Explorer 4.5 for the MAC and have been successfully viewing the e-mini on Live charts up until Friday when I started getting an "applet error:closing" message and nothing comes up. By phone they said that some software changes had been made overnight but weren't sure if this was causing the problem or not. Do I need to get a PC to successfully run Live Charts and/or QCharts? Or will I be able to continue using my MAC? Thanks.
