Bob, the current build is Version 2.3 Build 9. Much better than your build.

Regards, Dan.

I have the same problem recently with the bid/ask. Tends to be fast moving stocks like AMZN, but have seen a bid > ask several times today alone.

Seem to be having increasing problems with options chains also...entire chains missing, individual strikes missing, and of course the age old problems with wrap-around symbols. I checked WM options this morning and noticed strikes missing through Qcharts so I checked the quote.com website and got an entire different chain with most strikes missing. Unfortunately, their service problems must be on the rise, cause unlike the past I'm not getting a response here or through the report a data problem link.

The options problems are becoming quite limiting for an options trader. Hope they can straighten these problems out soon. In my mind this would be the highest priority...beyond all development issues, yet it seems to be getting worse.

Bob, there has been a problem lately with the Chicago exchange
reporting bid/ask on NASDAQ stocks which don't fit with the normal
bid/ask range. We have come up with a fix for this problem, and
as we put it on all the servers, you should see the problem disappear
over the next few days.
