The Constitution, of course. Which brings us back to the Dead White Guys. But instead of trying to figure out what they meant, I think we should assume that they meant what they said, and try to decide whether or not we want to change it. I certainly don't want to put those words in there. But I'd be amused to see the people that do want that actually proposing an amendment. I think they would find out very quickly how Americans feel about that subject.
