Steve, After that first bottle of port it's hard to toss the onions and sauce...it's more like soss the tonions and plauce. The bourbon does tend to balance. I leave it to Elyse. She just buys a kosher chicken and we complain about the 4.12 a pound price which takes the attention off any mess. I guess it's the gratuity to the rabbi that makes the price so high....like he couldn't do a group rate on poultry? However it does help dieting with the guilt, which kills the appetite for dessert. No matter as I'm sick of those chocolate gold coins anyway. George
