Durn straight. While I'm certainly not a big fan of burning the flag - I am even less a fan of institutional abridgement of the Bill of Rights.

ANd won't someone immediately challenge it and then the Supreme Court will have to waste time again declaring it unconstitutional ...
Burning the flag seems an inappropriate and immature response to being dissatisfied, sort of like a toddler's tantrums, but why even call attention to it, giving it more weight than it deserves?
I cringe when I hear people say- "Hey, if you don't like it here, leave", too. As if we can't love this country, and still express disapproval of her actions at times.
