it just reminded me (after cooling my head dwn) that Wit started
to accept JNPR indication much later than they normally did.
Also, Wit was NOT initially listed as one of the underwriters.

My guess, GS in the middle talked or hinted to Wit that they
might get shares. But due to extreme high demand, Wit eventually
did not get any.

At any rate, we are CHEATED by Wit big time. I am closing my account
first thing tomorrow morning.

On the hand, I am putting a limited buy order at 60 and see if
I can get it. This one will close above 100 tomorrow

$Mogul and All-
I'm very riled about all this myself. In good part because this whole Affirmation/Allocation procedure SUCKS. This should be done online and QUICKLY without needing our input. Last night was brutal. I could have spent the 4 hours I waited for notices in much more productive fashion.

Anyhow, geting back to JNPR...Let's see how many shares they got in the end. If there was a substantial WIT allocation and WE ALL KNOW that this allocation didn't get placed with the little guys, we may have some grounds to have this transaction investigated or reported to SEC etc.

On the other hand, I too am a WITC holder and I certainly don't want to "cut off my nose to spite my face" as they say. So I may be reticent about complaining too loudly and having thestreet.com or red herring write up a nasty article about what may have happened tonight and which will hurt WITC price or get me blacklisted for any future WIT offerings.

On the other hand, just talking about it here publicly is already tipping off the news reporter lurkers who we know are peeping about our digs and doings here (from some of the recent articles on IPO availability).

Enuf rambling. Let's get the hard facts and then decide what to make of it
