It is disappointing that we didn't get the JNPR shares. Think about it this was, w/o Wit and Etrade, we would have zero chance at these IPOs. I'm sure they would like to allocate shares to all of their customers, more comm $$ and happy people, but they can't.

At least Wit seems to follow their own allocation/flip rules, unlike etrade.

Danny, WIT simply may not have gotton any Juniper. Allocation are determined by Goldman, and seenf the stock in such high demand, Goldman may not have given any. Cannot blame WIT. At least they genuinely tries.
BUT Goldman is the culprit here. They have a 22% stake and should be allocating a good chunk to wit. Other wise why get excited for a 22% stake, other than if u r palying WITC stock itself.

Danny, you were close, JNPR almost closed above 100. You, mact, $Mogul, etc., were right about this one despite all of the negative press by briefing.com and other sources, and mentions of lead guy leaving, one product, big losses, etc..
You may feel bad about not getting shares from Wit, but not as bad as I do since I cancelled. I will never know if I would have gotten shares.
I remember the negative press on PCLN before it started trading, they couldn't have been more wrong, it was a rocket.
And then there was the hyping of BNBN by the so-called experts who said it would be a great IPO and to short AMZN.
There's plenty more IPO's coming, the game isn't over yet.
