I also think that if 3Com heads down again today, three days in a row, then there is nothing to prevent it from falling to the low 20's again.

1. Acquisition rumors are dead;
2. A VERY negative analysis suggesting revenues and profit strained for 5 more quarters;
3. Hoards of analysts cutting earning projections; and
4. MACD falling

Any more bad news out there?
