ITEL was on the NAZDAQ. It is now on the OTCBB.

It's interesting that the net result of the exchange reversal is a reduction in ITEL's total asset value of "$1,421,684". I take that to mean ITEL was ahead on the initial deal by that amount. In other words, subtracting the value of the ITEL shares from the value of the DCTC shares resulted in a residual per DCTC share value of $2.468 (2-4-6-8: who do we depreciate?). Assuming ITEL must assign zero value to their shares, DCTC shares have (had?) a current value of $2.468 or, whatever the value of ITEL shares, DCTC shares are (were?) worth $2.468 more. I suspect I'm misunderstanding something.
