Technicals look bad for CMTO.

Analysis of the rate of change of the exponentially smoothed average price suggests the start of a downtrend for this equity. The rate of change is negative and continuing to decrease which indicates increasing downward force. This is a bearish indication for a continuation of this move.

The equity price has crossed and closed below the short term 18% exponentially smoothed average price. This indicates a continuation of the current price movement but it is subject to whipsaws. This is a weak bearish signal that could be followed by a downward movement in the equity price.

The 21 day stochastic has crossed the 80% line and is decreasing accompanied by decreasing volume accumulation. This is a strong bearish indication that a price reversal to the downside is now taking place. This type signal is often followed by further downward price movements.

The closing price for this equity is at a six month low and today's volume is higher than average. This is a bearish indication that the current downtrend will continue.

Good luck and happy trading!

Rocky

Its posts like that, that make me consume more... briefing.com has never impressed me much, if I had listened to them on internut stocks a year ago I would be saying "shoulda, coulda, woulda. However, they are getting smarter by taking a straddle stance and not going either way, except by saying "Stocks that get creamed on big volume such as CMTO did yesterday rarely snap back overnight. It can take months of sideways trading to work off the overhead supply and restore confidence."

And to that, I say "Bullsh%t!" CMTO and ATHM are doing road shows to demo the advantages of the cablenet... is ATHM going to stop and change wheels... no! There is no scheduled pitstop for ATHM because CMTO delivers everything expected and then some. Does it carry a certificate sought by others... no... will it yes. Is the certificate important to the end user? That's the question I asked at this weekends local PC show in DC... 95% answered "what is that?" The knowledgeable %5 answered "Because of the speed of new technology it's not important as long as it delivers as specified"

As an investor, I am not worried and will go out on a limb by saying CMTO will hit 25 in July... no hype just IMHO.

And as another PC geek, I expect to be cable ready by December 99 in DC.

Good luck all and no matter what I hope we all make mojo... eerrr money.. ;-)
