Gary,

It was actually a joke. You have to admit that J.C. has played this line of rhetoric with the LU/ASND deal. There was no hostility intended. This should actually make CSCO happy in that it gives more credence to IP in the core. Now CSCO just has to get there.

Relax. It is a nice day.

Brian

Oh..gee... let's figure out a way to bring hostility to this thread too.

Hostility seems to follow you wherever you go. Hostility loves snitches.

LU is going to screw your pathetic CSCO right into the ground. Keep yappin' JC lover.

OG, Outright lie Perhaps is a little strong, inaccurate statement yes. As much as I am a big fan of the LU/ASND combination, I would not suggest that anyone at this time challenges Cisco's dominance of the Enterprise VoIP market with the 16XX 26XX and 36XX being enormously successful for them.

However it seems that Ascend did well in Q1 according to Cahners see

biz.yahoo.com

and with the recent Level 3 contract for 250 million, I think his lead ership claims in the service provider space for larger systems has some basis on fact.

Regards

Bill
