Todd, would be very interested in hearing your reasoning.

Seems to me to be a pretty strong overreaction to the news. An accretive aquisition (new news) combined with a big hit to earnings from NOV (no surprise there, expect maybe the size--old news) and the stock corrects almost 1/3.

Then again there are certainly lots of greener pastures to graze in. :)
