Dave, As far as I'm concerned, NCES management has lost credibility. Although this piece of news is likely the last really bad news, it's fairly substantial. It might be a year or two before they are able to earn $.30 again, and the stock reflects that. I don't trust NCES anymore, and I have little faith that they could get more than $4-5 for the company. It's possible, though. And that's assuming they sell it right now. Greener pastures, indeed. Todd
