I think we're going to be a bit frothy until the market sees what happens with AV and Lycos. I'm afraid the "flakey" rap that DW got out of the Lycos/USA situation may come back to haunt us if the AV negotiation goes sideways on us. Most analysts now say they see the sense of an AV acquisition for CMGI. If the deal gets done, the next question is how much is too much to pay for it. The market will react badly to overpaying.
