bargainman, price is subjective, I wouldn't be surprised to see CMGI paying a hefty premium for AV... it seems that it's either that or risk losing the deal and becoming a mutual fund... now, do you think CPQ doesn't know that, add to that their current situation, and one can bet that they will become almost extortionist... one can only hope that there is more value in the deal to CMGI than CPQ realizes... lets wait and see best regards amein
