Yes, easy. Think about all the ways AOL gets subscribers! You forget about how many markets there are out threr besides the US. Their position in Latin America, China, Japan, the fastest growing markets for the net is alreasdy established. Also,they can "price" Europe in a way they can make $ and give-away access to AOL. And don't forget they can buy whoever buys MSPG,Jweb,Earthlink! I feel AOL sees satellite, cable, DSL, narrowband as DISTRIBUTION and an opportunity to get more subscribers at a price that makes money. AOL is the PRODUCT, the most successful, branded internet PRODUCT in the history of the world! They are mass market geniuses of product, price, place, promotion, and people. (This is the old 5P's of Marketing). O.K it's a bet . See you next year and we count "subscribers" to see who wins. Mr. Ra$cal!
