Or are they working on something more plausible even as I type?" Not bad. I can see that in some respects you are trying. Good. 1. The private placement is a sloppy (etc.) document. No excuse for it. (No excuses were given to me and none were expected) 2. The private placement is a private document. Never intended for public consumption, analysis, etc. It was inappropriate for whoever posted it to make it public, but that is spilt milk... (If you had done your homework you would be able to share with everyone all about this. Since you have refused to educate yourself on this topic, I will not. Others may care to, but I will not.) 3. I will not be filing a class action lawsuit against the company. The circumstances under which I said I would do so, do not exist. The statements in the notes to the RMC projections came from RMC, were based on RMC numbers and were believed to be true at the time they were made. (Also, due to the fact that the statements were made in a private placement document there is some very serious doubt that I would have grounds for filing a suit on behalf of any "class" against the company based on anything in that document, except of course, for the two individuals who purchased the shares, and if they are not complaining, there no "class.") 4. Financials will be made public on or about June 30. If they are not out yet at the time of the open house on June 29th I expect John will be able to speak directly to the situation. Said financials will be preliminary (audited, but presented by management and so not certified), they will include the first quarter (and maybe more--I have not checked out the post on RB referenced earlier #48605). 5. The Boca office of I-T is functional and is making money according to Charlie. There were 16 people in the office when I visited earlier today (30 minutes before the close of trading on a Friday afternoon -- not bad.) 7. I met Charlie, Ray Gamble, Fausto from the company, and Kristi, Hennster, ERAFF, CowboyCadillac, "AAD" (who doesn't post), Joe T, Maverick and his son. I am proud to know each of these people. I am impressed with the knowledge and leadership of the people working for the Company. I am humbled by the way I was received by my fellow investors, and honored to count them as friends (they hired a limo to pick me up at the Miami airport and drive me to Boca. I'll write more later...Raff just showed up to take me to dinner. PCM GO PABN!!!
