If the company headquarters is in Vancouver, Boca Raton, La Jolla, Denver or Las Vegas. . . . RUN AWAY.

Perhaps someone could clarify the above?

Vancouver:
The VSE doesn't have any rules or they don't enforce them.

Boca Raton: A city in Florida.

La Jolla: A city in Calif. (also in Florida?)

Denver: A city in Colorado.

Las Vegas: A city in Nevada.

Of the above, the VSE is the only one I have a 'reason' for staying away.

What is wrong with Florida, Colorado, & Nevada?

If a corporation is a fully reporting company to the SEC, does they above still matter?

Thank you,
Joe
