Sector: Market seems to respond neutral to the June 14 selling rumor, though confirmed on this thread, after 20% rebound, which can interpreted as short cover. Chart looks bullish. It is unclear why MRV wants to sell the division. Pocketing cash or buying back stocks seem not the reasons. Making the division more efficient and profitable could be a strategic move. If so MRV should own certain percentage of the would-be independent Co. after IPO, to boost share value of MRV. Just my rough thoughts. Regards, Mike
