Hello Karl,

You are right..it looks good on paper...and any selling will damage the stock... But that is what is exciting about Cadre... There are very few sellers. Of course, the higher the price will go the more the sellers will come. Still own a few shares from summer 1997 when I suggested the stock after Rich mentioned it.

The key to Cadre huge potential is Teck and Martin Marietta. They need a JV. If they do...I believe we can move to the $2-$4 level. Then all will depends what Teck will come up with after they complete their bulk samples. It will be either back to $0.10 or to much higher level.

I must say that the new comer in the picture, Martin MArietta, change the background quite a bit.

>>I'm really happy to see Francis and his family get some major recovery ... even if they can't sell it right not without blowing the bottom out!<<

Thank you Karl.......it has been quite the character builder for all of us.

>>It still looks good on paper. Congrats to all those who hung in ... let's hope this is just the beginning!<<

It actually looks much better on paper, then before. I think this is just the beginning, but as Claude mentioned, if Teck takes the next step (which we should be finding out soon), they will surely complete a large bulk sampling to more precisely define the grades of the various products.

The thing to keep in mind is once this study is complete, the risks will drop dramatically and estimates of future cash flows will be relatively hard numbers.

If it is determined that the project will produce cash flows of 60 million+ and CSL even gets 25%, where will the stock price go on the release of the study ??

Unlike hard rock, there is little time between speculation and fairly hard numbers. IMO, it will say much if Teck goes for this deal and there will be alot of building anticipation.

Glad you are still in for the good days,

Rich
