I have funny true story and i dont know where to put it so will do here. A friend of mine is involved in a public company. The company is able to obtain financing but the the problem of being bb is causing grief. The stock is getting shorted no matter what they do. The decision is made to get rid of it take the company private, forget the hazzle. One fully reporting SEC spotless entity up for grabs. The stock becomes another company an internet related issue. At present there are no earnings my friend is engorged with the stock and thinking of it as a loss. The damn thing is starting to fly. He doesn't know why no earnings. We are laughing our heads off yesterday financing, mergers acquisitions all not valid to the public. He keeps telling me i count beans not stars. Go figure in this case the group still holds substantial interest what do you call this luck, stupidity, shoot yourself in the foot the impossible dream or tack net to a name and away she flies, no one I know knows what happened. Shell Shocked?
