Barbara,

I hope you're right about Williams being totally out of the PABN picture. I was under the impression that the directors served until the annual meeting, and that one hasn't been held. (That's why we are waiting for Kenneth Christian's confirmation, right?)

There was some discussion (speculation)a few weeks ago on this thread re who the current corporate officers are...(as opposed to the "management team")... do you know? If so, would you please share this information? TIA

Maybe the fact of his bankruptcy and several others things not being disclosed to the company might be why he is no longer a director...

And what might those several other things be?
