Clinton's benefitted from the end of the Cold War and undone much of the good will and relationships built up during the Bush term. If anything, Clinton has contributed to the post-Cold War filled with mini-nuclear powers thanks to his Executive Order to declassify the Dept of Energy's nuclear secrets.

the Reagan/Bush years.
It was that Voodoo Economics which almost wrecked this countries finances. Borrowing trillions of dollars to give image of prosperity is not a very good policy. Reagan didn't even think the country would make it to the next millenium. The last several years are the result of a pay as you go attitude and a trade over conflict priority.

I see where Kenny has created a favorable plea bargain with Webster Hubbel. It seems he had his own polling done and determined he could never get a conviction under the jury system. Do you suppose he has hired Dick Morris as an advisor?
