DCLK has a contract with Alta Vista until 2003. The panic selling was unfounded, creating an opportunity to BUY low.

And you would be short, for a while, See you back over 100 in a month. This will not happen overnite, and Alta Vista is still a part of CPQ at this point. Oversold, back to 100 chedder head.

Checkout the Marketwatch News by clicking on NEWS for DCLK. Nice statement from DCLK's folks and you can bet your dollars that the moment CMGI and CPQ announce anything DCLK will release another update to calm the investors regarding Alta Vista deal. I had a lengthy discussion with DCLK IR and their PR firm as well yesterday. They can't react to rumours but confirmed that they will react swiftly to thrash these rumours.

For details on the contract and others check my posts from June 24, 99 on this thread. There are details of the PR firm and actual contract that states "binding for both parties for a period of three years". Keep in mind DCLK has already gone through one change of ownership with CPQ buyout of Digital. I say its time to load up because we will be going higher after Wednusday Afternoon (I want more traders to short this baby good for us longs..)

Regards,
