Evenin', B.D.,

Looks like Meridian and Falcon may have their hands full:

biz.yahoo.com

Interesting that they call a blowout a "well control situation"

Good thing it hasn't caught fire, that will make getting it under control much easier. Mixed signals here: they say they are "safely venting gas to the atmosphere". This implies the BOP's are closed in and the gas is being routed away from the rig....but I can't think of a situation where I would continue venting gas if I could shut the well in.

Hope the well continues to blow without igniting, it will make controlling it much simpler. Good luck to all on the rig.

Regards,

Aggie

Big Dog What is your take on egeo? I would think the break up value with those new vessels is much more than $1. Thanks. Sam
